This second cycle (Cycle B) in the CLM training program is designed to introduce participants to the historical and theological foundations of our weekly and yearly gatherings for communal Christian worship.
This session will cover hymnody, traditional liturgy and order of service, as well as the sacraments of Holy Communion and baptism.
This cycle will be led by Rev. Dr. Kathy Black, the Gerald Kennedy Professor of Homiletics and Liturgics at Claremont School of Theology.
Who is invited?
:Adults seeking certification as Lay Ministers, as well as those simply interested in deepening their knowledge and building their resources for service in and through the local church.
