 Please make sure you bring the following required documentation to complete your application for naturalization:

• Your Legal Permanent Resident card (“green card”), State Identification or Driver License card, Social Security card and any passports you have been issued since you became a Legal Permanent Resident
• Your address and job history for the last 5 years
• If you or your current husband/wife have had previous marriages: your marriage and divorce certificates for all marriages
• If you have ever been arrested: certificates of disposition for all arrests
• All trips taken outside the United States for the last 5 years

 The filling fee for Naturalization Application (USCIS) is $725, but you may apply for a fee waiver if you provide proof of the benefit that you or an immediate family member are currently receiving a Meanstested Benefit: CalFresh, CalWORKs, Medi-Cal, Supplemental Social Security (SSI). This evidence must be a letter, Notice or other official document in ENGLISH.
