Bishop Carcaño is Invited Speaker at General Conference of The Methodist Church of Mexico
Los Angeles Area Resident Bishop Minerva G. Carcaño preached at the 2014 General Conference of The United Methodist Church of Mexico and was present for the dedication of the Chapel in the Encinal Camp in Tecate, Mexico in May of 2014. Bishop Carcaño preached a
