The Spanish American Institute is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2025 SAI/UMC Latino Youth Scholarship Program! This exciting opportunity offers a $1,000 scholarship to help CalPac Youth pursue their educational dreams.
About the Scholarship:
The SAI/UMC Latino Youth Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to deserving youth who are members of a local CalPac United Methodist Church. Financial need is considered, but citizenship status will not affect eligibility. Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates. A Letter of Recommendation from their Pastor or Youth Director is required.
Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: April 25, 2025
- Notification of Recipients: May 9, 2025
- Recognition Ceremony: Mid-June at the 2025 Annual Conference in Indian Wells, CA
