This event is hosted by the Conference Secretary. 

Our upcoming Conference Sessions will include voting using a system that makes it possible for both online and in-person participants to vote at the same time using the same methods. A short video is available to highlight the process, and a live online demonstration will take place.

The voting system is an online tool that can be accessed using a mobile phone, a tablet, or a computer. The system is accessed using a web browser, and each user is granted unique credentials to maintain voting integrity. The same system will be used for District Conferences and our Annual Conference Sessions.

We recommend that online participants use a separate internet-connected phone or tablet for voting while keeping Zoom active on a primary device. For those without access to multiple devices, a separate web browser or tab will suffice.

To learn more about these systems, watch this video for a brief on-demand demonstration. In addition, a live online demonstration will be held on the evening Tuesday, May 17 (PDT/HST). Four 20-minute sessions will begin at 7pm (PDT) and continue through 8:20pm (PDT) by Zoom using the information below. If a 20-minute session has already begun when you connect, you may need to wait for the next session to begin.

  • Technical requirements: To participate in Zoom meetings, participants must have a reliable Internet connection, and a laptop, tablet, or smartphone device that can download and install the Zoom app. A web or phone camera and a microphone are highly recommended, although some users may call in via phone if a mic is not available.
