This event is for Clergy, Church Staff, SPRC Chairs, Trustees Presidents, Finance Chairs, Candidates, and others who complete charge conference forms. The event is sponsored by Cal-Pac Data Services, District Offices, and Leadership.
Each Q&A session will open with a short presentation, followed by answering of participant questions about process, content, and timing. Come with your questions!
The event will be hosted by Database Coordinator, Jennifer Gaylord. Representatives from Districts will also attend each session (but not all districts will be at both).
Zoom Meeting information will be included in the confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email on the day prior to the event.
- Technical requirements: To participate in Zoom meetings, participants must have a reliable Internet connection, and a laptop, tablet, or smartphone device that can download and install the Zoom app. A web or phone camera and a microphone are highly recommended, although some users may call in via phone if a mic is not available.
