The California-Pacific Conference Disaster Response Task Force is calling for volunteers to respond to the Valley Fire in San Diego County, which started earlier this month and is currently at 95% containment (as of September 21, 2020).
At this time, we are only inviting participants from the South District to be trained as volunteers for the Valley Fire recovery project, as there will be no overnight stays or communal meals. Our first work day will be Saturday, September 26.
