Cal-Pac Staff Announcement: Robert Yamamoto will serve as Chief Finance and Benefits Officer of the California-Pacific Annual Conference 

The California-Pacific Annual Conference is excited to welcome Robert Yamamoto as the new Chief Finance and Benefits Officer, effective October 4, 2025.  

Mr. Yamamoto brings over 30 years of financial and programmatic leadership experience in both nonprofit and private sectors. He most recently served as the Principal and Chief Financial Officer for Arroyo Realty and Development. Previously, he was Executive Director of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and its Charity Foundation, leading staff and board members in youth service initiatives and major fundraising efforts.  

In addition to his professional experience, Robert has served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Pasadena Christian School. Robert’s background in collaborating across complex organizations will be an asset to our conference and our churches.
