In addition to the business of Annual Conference, your sessions team has planned morning and evening connectional events for each day. Join us at 6 am and 9 pm every day for engaging and enriching events to center and unwind. Learn more in the video below, or in the post underneath.
Morning Events
Join us at 6 am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for events to center your day and welcome the sunrise!
All events will take place in the Mountain View room:
- Thursday: Hosted Labyrinth
- Friday: Yoga and Meditation – bring a yoga mat or towel!
- Saturday: Sound Bath – bring a yoga mat or towel!
Evening Events
Our days will wind down starting at 9 pm with a variety of events for every energy level.
Wednesday:
- Board Games in the Esmeralda Ballroom foyer – bring your own board game!
- Film screening of No Other Land in Esmeralda V, hosted by the Holy Land Task Force. Q & A to follow.
Thursday:
- Open Mic in the Stir room – bring your own instrument, poem, joke etc. Sign ups will take place at the beginning of the event.
- Film screening of 1946 in Esmeralda V with producer Ed Oxford, Q&A to follow.
Friday:
- Trivia in the Stir room.
- Book Club in the Mountain View room. We’ll be discussing How We to Learn to be Brave by Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde.
