The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells. Reservations for hotel rooms can be made at this link or by calling 760-773-4444 and mentioning the Cal-Pac UMC group. The deadline to reserve is May 20, 2025, or when all rooms in our block are fully booked.

**The rooms at the Renaissance Esmeralda are now completely sold out for Thursday, June 12. Availability remains for June 10, 11, 13, and 14. Additional hotel options in the region are now available at this link.

Key Information:

• Accessible rooms are available; contact the hotel directly at 760-773-4444 and mention the Cal-Pac UMC group to reserve.
• Special meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be purchased during conference registration, all other meals are on your own. There are several on-site restaurants available. 
• On-site self parking when booked through our group rate is $12 per day per car. Online reservations may include self-parking expenses, but they will not be added to your account until you check-in with a vehicle. Limited Electric Car Charging Stations are also available.
• A reduced resort fee of $5 per day will apply when booked through our group rate.
• Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay; a maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed.
