Congregations tend to have a personality of their own and this personality is often dictated by the size of the church and the life stage of the congregation. Let’s spend some time understanding size dynamics of churches and lifecycle realities (from birth to death) so that we can apply the best change strategies that will be most helpful in moving our congregation forward.
