Making the Leap 2025 (Western Jurisdiction)

This event is for pastoral leaders wanting to explore iterations of pastoral ministry in the Western Jurisdiction. Those called to be pastoral leaders in this time of seismic change are seeking ways to understand and engage the changing landscape. This event will not provide all the answers but will help set the stage and give some practical assistance in figuring out how to lead in the church that is emerging. This event is intended for those pastoral leaders who are wanting to engage with learnings that will help them thrive in complex systems, cooperative environments, innovative spaces, and push them to new understandings of pastoral leadership.
