About the Event

Join the North District at a time of community, support & celebration, supporting our siblings from Altadena UMC and all who were impacted by the Eaton fire. We hope to see you there, as there will be something and fun for everyone – food, games, worship, fellowship…it is going to be a spirit-filled day that you will not want to miss!

• Support Altadena UMC, celebrate confirmands across the Conference
• We promised Pastor Andre Wilson and the wonderful Altadena church family we wouldn’t forget. 4 months after the devastating fire and our North District family has not forgotten! This event will be fun for all, with focus on children and young people. All new confirmands are invited to come and celebrate their recent or upcoming confirmation with the Altadena UMC confirmands.
• Worship – service for confirmands with Bishop Dottie Escobedo Frank
• Games – pickleball, cornhole, basketball, obstacle course, water slide
• Food – BBQ Hot links, hot dogs, burgers and all the fixings
• Fundraise – proceeds go toward the purchase of a playground set for the children at Scott UMC, where Altadena UMC is currently worshipping
