Equipping Volunteers, Empowering Partnerships

Led by Ronda Cordill, the WJ Jurisdiction Coordinator, this virtual event will be providing a refresher course for Team Leaders after the pandemic lull.

If you have completed an UMVIM Team Leader in the past whether or not you have lead a team or if you are interested in leading a team in the future, this seminar is for you. Bring your questions!

The two-hour course will be covering:

• review of basic principles of team leadership
• updates on team insurance
• background checks
• post-COVID protocols
• useful resources to use in your team planning and orientation
