The California-Pacific Conference announces today that Rosana M. Wallace will join the conference staff in the newly developed role of Human Resources Manager, effective May 28, 2025.
This role, developed in conjunction with recommendations from GCFA, is involved with most aspects of the employment of staff of the Conference Center, Districts, and Camps.
Rosana brings over twenty years of HR experience, managing teams and the human resources lifecycle in a variety of industries, including banking, manufacturing, and senior housing. Rosana has also volunteered with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America for over ten years.
Interim Treasurer Christy Drenner shared that “Rosana’s varied experience and strong skillset will help Cal-Pac as we move into a new structure for the HR, Benefits, and Finance offices. We look forward to welcoming her and benefiting from her dedication and collaborative spirit.”
