R3 — Revive + Refresh + Recharge

R3 is a one-day conference that provides models of community engagement that integrates an Advent/Christmas campaign via digital media with innovative local church programming to connect with a diverse population.

Purpose

Christmas is a season when the local church can especially connect with those just outside the four walls of the church.  But, such connection requires more than flyers for the annual pageant.  What if ministry leaders can learn and practice how to:

• Initiate a social media campaign using a 3-minute Advent Sermon Series video (produced by Cal-Pac)…
• Integrate a digital-first promotion strategy with a series of community engagement events/activities…
• Match church programming with the diversity and cultural contexts of the community…
