What does preparation look like for a United Methodist Volunteer in Mission Team Leader? UMVIM is committed to train team leaders and team members to serve in their local communities, in the US and/or internationally. Benefit from reviewing the latest mission policies and UMVIM resources!
This online workshop is for you if you:
- have been a mission team leader and realize that things have changed since you were trained
- have never taken the UMVIM team leader training but are leading teams
- have questions about the UMVIM team leader training
We are going to briefly review the important aspects of an UMVIM Mission including the leading practices, new ways to connect to your team with a site as well as a review of the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the mission. There are lots of new updates. Be sure to bring all of your questions!
Training will be led by Louise Kienzle, Ronda Cordill, and Steve Elliott.
Participants will be emailed a Zoom link and instructions prior to the event.
