The New Ministries Essential Ministry Team (EMT) invites all interested clergy, laity, and our partners in ministry to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) that they intend to respond to our Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the second quarter of 2023.

Project teams must let the New Ministries EMT, their District Superintendent, and District Planning and Strategy Committee (DPAS) chair know that they intend to submit a proposal on or before May 1, 2023.
